"Don't count on their online check in. I checked in, left for an hour and came back to see my name and a 2 minute wait. Thought that was great until I signed in at the desk and sat down. They proceeded to take people below me on the list and drop my name to 20 minute wait. Not sure why but that is the point I walked out. Apparently the staff in Silverdale had no explanation."

"I love sports clips and they do a good job IF I can manage to get in! I keep trying ( for about the last 6 months) and every time i wait for over an hour. There is always three or four empty chairs with a waiting room full of people. Today I came in and there were only 4 people and the wait time in the screen said 32min. Awesome I thought.....finally I can get in. An hour and 10 min later and my time still said 20 min wait and still had 2 people in front of me! I just left! I don't know if they are understaffed or if the ones working are just taking their sweet time but what ever it is they are loosing customers. Been multiple times in the past I have seen others get up and leave also. I will no longer attempt to go there again until they get the wait time under control"

"Its been almost a year and I never received my money back. The owner is not true to his word. I have only heard bad experiences from my friends and I continue to tell everyone I know about my experience. I am surprised its still in business."

"Nice place, but definitely not a place for a child's cut. The technician refused to even try to cut because didn't want to. She said she didn't want to traumatize him. Which I thought was ridiculous. He gets a haircut about every three weeks. I will admit he will be fussy at first but always settles down and cooperates. I went to Supercuts the girl there cut his hair like boss. I will never try sports clips again."

"My friend needed her hair trimmed, she has it completely shaved, and called to be put on the appointment roster and was told by a Hispanic lady that they dont cut women's hair. I called to ask for my under cut to be reshaved and was told the same thing. Do not give them your business. $27 for a buzz cut is ridiculous on it's own, but refusing service because of my gender is not only messed up but illegal. I've spoken to corporate and I hope these ladies learn and lose their jobs. EDIT TO OWNER: It wasnt a misunderstanding. We were flat out told, 2 times, that you do not cut womens hair. I was hung up on. She hung up the phone on me. So no, not a misunderstanding. She said it loud and clear that you do not cut womens hair. Period. Bad business, bad attitude. You have lost a large amount of business, as we have a lot of people who USED to use you but no longer will."

"I called yesterday to inquire about pricing and getting my hair trimmed. I have very short hair. The lady on the phone asked who the haircut was for, I said myself. I was then told very rudely they do not cut women's hair, they cater to men, and that if I wanted a buzz cut it would be $27 dollars. I only wish I would have asked for her name. I would rethink spending your money here."
