This location has really gone down hill. It’s just about impossible to get in to get a haircut. I stopped in a couple weeks ago only to find out they are closed on Wednesdays. So I came back the next afternoon only to find out there was a 2 1/2 hour wait. I was going out of town for a week and a half and decided to wait until I returned to get my haircut. So today, after golfing, I decided to call and get my name on the wait list. Imagine my surprise when I was told they couldn’t take my name because they were closing early today. It’s at the point that regardless of how much I like Sports Clips, I will have to go somewhere else since the Silverdale store is evidently not staffed at a level that allows them to even come close to providing decent service.

To begin with, I have been going to Sports Clips for quite a period of time now and I always buy the package of multiple haircut so that when I show up as all I have to do is plug my information in and get my full service haircut. About a week ago, I don't recall which day it was, I pulled up to the store to get my haircut and found that it was closed in the middle of the day and signs were clearly taped to the door. A little disappointed but understandably there's a situation with availability of barbers, I figured well I'll just swing by next time I happen to be in Silverdale. Today 15 May, I showed up at 2:50 in the afternoon and noticed that the closed sign was lit up above the door but the lights were on. So I pulled on the door and it was open and there were three barbers in there with three clients in their chairs. I stepped in the door and I said do you realize that your sign indicates that you're closed, one of the ladies said that they were going to close at 3 in the afternoon because they don't have enough Barbers to keep a full staff. I asked so am I able to get my haircut today? I was told we're sorry we're not taking anymore haircut reservations. I said well I showed up about a week ago and the place was closed and so I came back today and I'm here and are you saying I cannot get my haircut today? I further indicated that I have already prepaid for my haircut and still received nothing but a cold shoulder instead of a courteous gesture which I would expect from any business professional. I have been pretty happy with the service that I've received throughout the period of time that I have come to Sports Clips for service, however, I'm pretty disappointed in the quality of customer service and representation for the business. After claiming the last couple haircuts that I've already paid for, I am not sure that I will return for services at this location or at any other sport clip location. I have been a business owner for over 25 years and surely would never represent my business in this manner.
