My wife came in today to get the side of her hair shaved and the guy literally messed her hair up bad. Dont you people hire experienced hair stylists or just pick them off the street.

I have been taking my son since he was 1 year old and never had a problem with ANY stylist. They were always patient and empathetic and listened. Today I was helped by an older man who had no patience, wouldn’t let my now 3 year old have his sucker like he usually does. Ended up not finishing the haircut because he gave up and can’t handle a toddler being upset after you just took his candy away. Put the blame on my kid which made no sense because he was as happy as can be when we came in. Both my husband and I have taken him and always stayed alongside him and this guy even told me I shouldn’t be there so he doesn’t act up. Needless to say I am pissed. This was the only place I was able to take my kid in the area. Now I won’t ever be going back. As someone who works in High level customer service as a manager, I am on another level pissed. I paid $17 for the worst haircut ever on my kid. They offered to cut his hair for free when he’s napping. Great. Thanks.

Great cut but be prepared to wait an hour or longer to get it cut. I've never been there when I didn't have to wait eternally. Quite expensive, they should compensate you for the lost time.

I got a wonderful haircut from Britt. Then several months later, I got a haircut from her again and she remembered who I was, what we had talked about, and was very friendly overall. Best customer service from her that I've received anywhere, including restaurants and other services

This location has really gone down hill. It’s just about impossible to get in to get a haircut. I stopped in a couple weeks ago only to find out they are closed on Wednesdays. So I came back the next afternoon only to find out there was a 2 1/2 hour wait. I was going out of town for a week and a half and decided to wait until I returned to get my haircut. So today, after golfing, I decided to call and get my name on the wait list. Imagine my surprise when I was told they couldn’t take my name because they were closing early today. It’s at the point that regardless of how much I like Sports Clips, I will have to go somewhere else since the Silverdale store is evidently not staffed at a level that allows them to even come close to providing decent service.
