Scheduling is absolutely awful at this place. I am giving this location a one because of a really bad customer service experience with one employee. We were told on the phone that they cannot take appointments over the phone, but will be able to schedule online. So we did, by the time it was my husbands appointment we were at this location and they couldn?t even find his name. We were unhappy about their customer service; unapologetic, and made no effort to make it right. There is some weird miscommunication between their scheduling system and their actual system, worst of all the way they handle these types of situations was a waste of my time. If you want a haircut from this place, just treat it like a walk in and make the time to wait.

We came in on Memorial Day, that was the first mistake. I really needed a haircut and this was one of the only places open, so I took a shot. We walked in no one greeted us or checked us in. We waited 30 minutes before we realized we could check in online. So we did, and we ended up waiting over an hour to be seen. We were then told that when we came in we needed to confirm our check in (kinda hard when no one was talking to us) I got my hair cut and she did not do a good job. I asked for certain lengths on the top and sides of my head and she went way shorter than I wanted. I paid $35 for a terrible job. I came home and my girlfriend had to trim up my hair because she missed so much.
